This service is for students who attend weekly one-to-one tutoring sessions. Each booking secures a 60-minute session at the agreed-upon time.
Payment is made weekly to make tutoring more flexible for families. Once your child’s time slot is confirmed, it will be reserved for them each week so no other student can book it.
If your child cannot attend a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Where possible, a make-up session may be arranged, subject to availability.
Please note: New students must contact Wildflower and Anchor Creative prior to their first booking to confirm availability, format (online/in-person), and learning needs.
Weekly Tutoring - 1Hr
Cancellations made 7 or more days before your session will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 3-6 days before the session will receive a credit towards a future booking.
Cancellations made 1-2 days before the session, will only be provided with a make-up session where possible, subject to availability.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable and will not receive a credit.
