  • 1. Change of Mind Returns (30 Days)
    We offer returns for change of mind within 30 days of purchase from the date you receive the item, subject to the conditions below.

    2. Condition of Returned Items
    To be eligible for a return, the item must:
    • Be in original condition - unopened, unused, unwashed, undamaged
    • Include all original packaging, tags and accessories
    • Be returned with proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

    3. Buyer Responsible for Return Shipping
    Return postage is at the buyer’s expense, and you are responsible for ensuring the item is safely packaged during transit.

    4. Refund Method
    Refunds for approved returns will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Shipping/handling costs are not refundable unless required by law.

    5. Change of Mind Limits
    This change-of-mind return policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see below) and does not replace them.

    6. Australian Consumer Law Rights
    Under the ACL, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for a major failure or a failure that cannot be fixed. This includes items that are faulty, not fit for purpose or significantly not as described. For these rights, please contact us - we assess these on a case-by-case basis.
